Snoop Dogg’s Real Estate Portfolio is Completely Unexpected

While we love taking a peek inside A-lister’s homes—whether it’s Renée Zellweger’s Topanga Canyon residence or Beyoncé’s Hamptons palace—Snoop Dogg’s enigmatic real estate portfolio may just be the most intriguing. For a rapper who has become an West coast legend and has a net-worth of reportedly $160 million, he has been surprisingly frugal when it comes to real estate. Rather than owning mansions across the country—spending casual millions here and there—Snoop Dogg seems to keep it minimal—and private. While the rapper has never allowed cameras inside his most personal spaces, here’s everything we do know about his homes.

Diamond Bar, California

In 1998, Snoop Dogg reportedly bought this 3,808-square foot home in the gated Diamond Bar suburbs just outside of Los Angeles. Though we’ve never seen the inside, the home reportedly features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a pool with a hot tub in the backyard. This home was reportedly bought for $720,000 back in the late nineties, though it’s certainly worth a lot more today. However, we don’t imagine it will go on the market anytime soon. Not only is this the locale where the rapper lives with his family, in 2018 he sued his contractor for shoddy work done in an apparent renovation.

Inglewood, California

Snoop Dogg also reportedly owns his own recording studio, a 20,000 square foot property in Inglewood, California, just a few miles away from the Los Angeles airport. In an interview with GQ, it was revealed that this locale–familiarly known as the Compound–features an NBA-regulation basketball court and several recording studios and video editing rooms. This space is where the rapper feels most creative, according to GQ.

Douglasville, Georgia

Though Snoop Dogg himself has never lived in Georgia as far as we can tell, he was in the headlines in 2024 after it was revealed that he was selling a property in Douglasville. The rapper reportedly bought the property in 2021 for $458,000, about $40 thousand under-asking. The one-acre property features a red-brick exterior, and the interior features six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home was listed for $575,000 thousand, and is currently under contract.

Snoop Dogg’s first-known home was located in Claremont, California. The rapper reportedly bought the $600,000, 3700-square foot home in 1994, just two years after his meteoric rise to fame. This home was featured in MTV Cribs, and it was sold in 2007 for 1.83 million–making a huge profit for the rapper.

Additional California Properties

Though it hasn’t been confirmed, Realtor.com reported that Snoop Dogg also owns a home in Eastvale, California, and two homes in Rancho Cucamonga, California. It appears that these homes–which little is known about–may be rental properties to bring in another stream of income for the multi-millionaire.
