Jason Kelce detailed his family’s trip to Disney World.Instagram

Jason Kelce had the time of his life taking his three daughters to Disney World while in Orlando, Fla., to play in the 2024 Pro Bowl last weekend.

“Disney World was fun,” the Philadelphia Eagles center said on his “New Heights” podcast Thursday before telling his brother and co-host, Travis Kelce, that the family “missed” him.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end said he had “a lot of FOMO,” aka “fear of missing out,” that he could not join Jason because he is training for the Super Bowl.

The rumored retiree, 36, shared that his and his wife Kylie Kelce’s girls –– Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 2, and Bennett, 11 months –– got to meet “Frozen” characters Elsa and Anna at Epcot.

“In particular, Anna did a great job of warming them up in the little section of Epcot that Anna and Elsa are located, and they had some really cool videos,” he gushed.

Jason’s daughters got to meet several other Disney stars, including Mickey and Minnie Mouse, but the athlete joked that they were “terrified” to see the characters up close and personal.

“I think at about 10 foot, they are on cloud nine. ‘This is the coolest thing ever!’ [But] inside of 10 feet, they’re like, ‘Daddy, pick me up and hold me right now!’” Jason said while he and Travis, 34, laughed.

The family of five participated in a slew of other activities, like watching the fireworks at Magic Kingdom and riding the famous Mad Tea Party ride.

“That was the most fun I’ve seen them have, potentially, in their entire lives,” Jason raved.

The football player clarified that Wyatt was “a little scaredy cat” and wouldn’t go on the rides, while Elliotte was “not afraid of rides at all.”

The clan also snacked on lots of goodies, including a footlong hot dog, a churro and cheeseburger and pizza spring rolls.

“Dude, it was the best thing I had on the entire trip,” he said of the rolls. “I could’ve ate 18 of those things.”

Travis, who is currently dating Taylor Swift, asked his brother whether he had a “dad hack” for taking kids to Disney World.

“There is no hack,” Jason said while laughing. “The dad hack is have zero plans going in and just go with what the day is. Have one or two things that you gotta hit and outside of that, it’s a wildcard.

“The kids are going to be very unpredictable. Know where your exits are, know where your restrooms are and just don’t count on anything going according to plan,” he continued.

Jason also advised dads to “have some strategies built in” in case their little ones throw temper tantrums during the long, hot days.
