Craving a meal of champions? Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes have you covered!
The Kansas City Chiefs superstars 2024 Super Bowl champions are about to double as restauranteurs in partnership with global hospitality group Noble 33.
In mid-March, Kelce and Mahomes announced that they are joining forces as partners of a modern steakhouse called 1587 Prime. Described as an “ultimate experiential dining destination,” the new restaurant will be located in Kansas City.
“We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33 to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own Kansas City,” Kelce said in a statement.
Mahomes said his partnership with the standout hospitality group “made sense” because he and Kelce have become “frequent visitors” of its restaurants in other cities across the country. Therefore, they wanted to “bring something special to our own community.”
Although there’s a bit of time until the steakhouse opens for business, the Chiefs quarterback told Fox4KC in March 2024 that he and Kelce “have been working on it for a while,” with doors expected to open in time for the playoffs next season.

Kelce and Mahomes are teaming up with Noble 33 visionary founders Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha to open 1587 Prime. The partnership comes in light of the Kansas City Chiefs stars’ “frequent” visits to the global hospitality group’s restaurants throughout the United States.
Noble 33’s portfolio of restaurants include Mēdüzā Mediterrania in New York City, where Kelce paid a visit in September 2023. He also made a stop at Toca Madera in Las Vegas with Mahomes post-Super Bowl.
“We are thrilled to partner with Patrick and Travis to help bring our collective vision to life with 1587 Prime. This partnership represents a convergence of culinary artistry, athletic prowess, community enrichment, and unmatched hospitality,” said Tanha in a statement.
“We are honored to collaborate with two icons of the game to create an unforgettable dining experience for Kansas City and beyond,” added Berman.
The news of Noble 33’s partnership with Kelce and Mahomes coincides with its expansion to Miami and Houston this spring. The hospitality group is undergoing global expansion, with seven restaurant projects scheduled to open in the next 18 months.
Why is the restaurant called 1587 Prime?
The 1587 Prime moniker derives in part from the combination of both Mahomes’ and Kelce’s respective Kansas City Chiefs’ football jersey numbers.
Where is 1587 Prime located?
1587 Prime will be housed in the Loews Hotel on Wyandotte Street in Kansas City, Missouri. It will have street-level access, while the space will include nearly 10,000 square feet across two floors with several private dining rooms.

While the 1587 Prime menu has yet be revealed, the steakhouse’s press release detailed a “cutting edge chef’s kitchen.” It also teased “an impressive meat display,” all of which will tie in more “hyper-subtle nods” to Mahomes’ and Kelce’s football accolades!
As for price points, Mahomes shared a few thoughts when speaking with Fox4KC. “We don’t wanna make it too upscale, too high priced that not everybody can go,” he said. “We’re gonna make it a place where hopefully Kansas City can call it home and that everybody can be there and really enjoy it.”
When is 1587 Prime opening?
1587 Prime is set to open in early 2025, likely to coincide with next season’s playoffs. Mahomes is already hoping the restaurant will serve as a post-game hang for the Kansas City community and team.
“We always see these restaurants and we have a love for bringing people together,” the quarterback told Fox4KC. “I think the biggest thing for us is we’re gonna do whatever we can to keep bringing people together and what better place than Kansas City?”
He added, “Hopefully we can win some games at Arrowhead Stadium and then we get to go over and have a few drinks and food with it.”
