On Sunday, college basketball superstar Paige Bueckers graduated from the University of Connecticut.

All eyes were on Bueckers as she made the walk to receive her diploma. And as the showman she is, she didn’t disappoint.

Bueckers hit the “griddy” celebration after her name was called.

Social media is buzzing after this viral celebration.

“Paige bueckers graduating in sweatpants and acting a fool because of course,” one fan wrote.

“Paige Bueckers is not serious,” another added.

“I love Buckets. Not afraid to be herself,” another said.

Though Bueckers has completed her undergraduate degree, she’s set to return for her final season of eligibility with the Huskies in 2024-25.

“Unfortunately, this will not be my last Senior Night because I’m coming back,” Bueckers told the crowd when she announced her return earlier this year. “I can’t put into words what this program has meant to me and what the fans have meant to me.

Obviously, this four years didn’t go how I planned or how I wanted it to, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I wouldn’t have been able to get through what I went through without everybody here. Thank you to the best fans in the country.”

After her final collegiate season, Bueckers will no doubt enter the WNBA as one of the top picks in the draft.
