For Nest Protect, Google is working with First Alert to develop a new generation of sensors that can connect directly to the Google Home app. The new device, priced at $129.99, is expected to launch in the US and Canada by the end of 2025. The Nest x Yale smart lock, which debuted in 2018, will also be discontinued. Jetson has just announced that its first commercial flying vehicle, SN1, has completed its first test flight with stable results and a safe landing.
