Nearly a month after he to begin with shared snaps of himself moving with the Oscar-winning performing artist, 75, at the SNL50: The Commemoration Extraordinary, Momoa, 45, uncovered what truly happened when the pair crossed ways behind the scenes of the “wild, crazy” show.

While showing up on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, Walk 17 to advance his most recent flick, A Minecraft Motion picture, Momoa talked almost the Saturday Night Live commemoration uncommon after have Jimmy Kimmel brought out one of the pictures of him and Streep.

After taking out a physical duplicate of one of the pics, which he pulled from Momoa’s Instagram, Kimmel, 57, inquired, “What’s happening here?”

“I’m such a fanboy,” Momoa started, shaking his head. “So we’re at SNL50, which is a colossal honor to be there, and what a wild, insane night — I met so numerous individuals — and at that point Meryl Streep strolled past me and my woman [sweetheart Adria Arjona] and I was fair like, ‘Baby, it’s Meryl Streep.’ ”

The Aquaman star “was like ‘I got to go say something,’ and I walk up to her,” he reviewed to Kimmel, “and she’s like, ‘Hi, Jason,’ and I was like, ‘F—, you know my name.’ ”

“I was like ‘Oh, my God, I adore you so much.’ She’s like ‘I cherish you, too.’ I was like ‘What is happening?’ And the music’s playing. She begun moving. I begin dancing,” Momoa reviewed, including that he thought to himself, “Someone, if it’s not too much trouble take a photo please.”

And some person did take a photo — at slightest two, really — of the stars’ SNL50 experience, in spite of the fact that Momoa conceded that he can’t precisely keep in mind what soundtracked the sweet moment.

“Do you keep in mind what tune you were moving to?” inquired Kimmel, and Momoa said, “I — no. No, I was fair so fed that Meryl Streep knew my name.”

Also on Kimmel, the Diversion of Positions of royalty star reviewed a diverse “fanboy” interaction he had at SNL50 — one that brought about in him snapping a gather pic with SNL legends Chevy Chase and Charge Murray

“I was strolling in,” he reviewed “and this lady’s like, ‘Oh, my gosh, it’s Aquaman. Chevy, come here. And I’m like, ‘What is going on?’ Chevy Chase comes over and at that point Charge Murray’s strolling by. She’s like, ‘Bill get over here.’ And I’m going like, ‘What’s happening?’ ”

So he, Chase, 81, and Murray, 74, snapped a photo together — in spite of the fact that, not at all like Streep, Momoa isn’t so beyond any doubt that either on-screen character knew who he was.

“Bill’s like, ‘Who the hell is this guy?’ I was like ‘I’m sorry,’” he told Kimmel, and afterward included that “they had no clue who I was” — but it didn’t matter to him. “I do not care,” Momoa conceded. “I got that picture, that s—’s going on my wall.”
