The couple were spotted strolling through The Grove in Los Angeles and heading to family restaurant The Cheesecake Factory to grab a bite, and she certainly turned heads with her outrageous and very revealing look.

They held hands as they entered a building, and as they were looking at a directory, West put on a bold display of affection and was seen rubbing her backside.
