The NFL pro was sporting a fresh look as he cheered on his pop star girlfriend during her Eras Tour show in Sydne
Travis Kelce’s facial hair is entering a new era.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, traveled to Australia to cheer on girlfriend Taylor Swift at her first Eras Tour show at Accor Stadium in Sydney on Friday — and his Super Bowl beard was noticeably shorter.
Kelce teamed his more clean-cut look with a vibrant blue outfit.
According to an Instagram fan page dedicated to all things Kelce’s style and love for fashion, the football player wore a vibrant blue T-shirt and matching cargo pants from the Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama collaboration. Kusama is a Japanese artist known for her eye-popping, polka-dot designs, like the one worn by Kelce.
Both items are sold out on the label’s website, but Kelce’s shirt apparently cost $850, per the Instagram account.
Kelce famously grew out his beard throughout the Chiefs’ thrilling run to the Super Bowl, and he has since been debating about what to do with his famous facial hair.
“I don’t know what I’m gonna do with this thing,” Kelce said of his beard in a recent episode of his hugely successful podcast New Heights.
Kelce’s older brother and co-host Jason suggested that Travis shave the beard and auction off his whiskers to raise money for charity.
“I don’t know, that sounds fun. I might want to keep this thing for myself,” Travis replied. “I might just shave it off, put it in a Ziploc bag, and keep it with all my other Super Bowl memorabilia.”
The NFL star’s viral buzz cut and fashion-forward game-day ‘fits have also been talked about just as much as his record-breaking football skills. He’s also worn a few monogrammed Louis Vuitton looks in the past.
Since her Eras Tour started in March, Swift has delivered her own fashion show in an array of show-stopping and whimsical looks, including crystal Zuhair Murad bodysuits and custom pieces from Versace, Roberto Cavalli and more.
And we wouldn’t be surprised if Swift’s most recent era is Kelce’s favorite, since the portion of the show features a sweet “Karma” lyric change dedicated to him (if you know, you know).
Kelce wore a stack of friendship bracelets at her latest show, also leaning into the fandom.
After the show, Swift and Kelce were seen sharing a kiss as she left the stage in an adorable video shared on X. Kelce waited patiently for his other half as she waved to the audience before wrapping her arms around him and planting a smooch on his lips.
The couple, who recently celebrated Kelce’s second consecutive Super Bowl win, then walked away together as fans cheered.
