Thanks to Taylor Swift‘s relationship with Travis Kelce, the pop superstar has met a ton of new people over the past six months or so. And everyone has an opinion about interacting with the “Cruel Summer” songstress—even Kelce’s barber, Patrick Regan.

During an interview with The Tease podcast published on Thursday, Feb. 29, Regan opened up about what it was like meeting Swift during one of Kelce’s pre-game haircuts.

“Taylor is a super sweet person,” Regan said. “She’s from the Philly area, too, so we connected real well. We had a lot to talk about.”

He added: “She just seems like a girl I went to high school with. She’s a really nice person, always interested in what you’re saying.”

On Dec. 11, Regan took to Instagram with a carousel of photos from Kelce’s pre-game buzz ahead of the Chiefs’ matchup with the Buffalo Bills. Swift was present for the trim—and she even received a photo credit shoutout from the barber.

“Thanks @taylorswift for the Pics of the Gameday Freshy for @killatrav 🙌🏼❤️,” he captioned the post. “I had an Amazing Time at Yesterdays Game 🏈 .”

And on Feb. 11, Regan shared even more photos of Kelce’s fresh cut ahead of the Chiefs going head-to-head with the San Francisco 49ers during Super Bowl LVIII. He captioned the Instagram update, “SuperBowl LVIII Ready ✨🏆.”

Hopefully, Regan and Swift will get to chat even more about their Pennsylvania upbringings during the 2024-25 NFL season!
